ABOUT Me

Where it all started

To my 16-year-old self,

We own a blog now. I do my best to honor your gifts, steward your dreams, and chase after them with all the courage I can muster. It doesn’t always make sense, but we try. We write, we share, we grow. And yes, we even turned all those Danielle Steel books and your little poetry scribbles into stepping stones toward this Christian lifestyle blog. Keep writing, keep dreaming; it’s all helping.

Dear gentle reader,
I’m just another Christian girl trying to walk in a manner worthy of her calling. Living for Christ isn’t easy. The path is narrow, and sometimes my feet stumble. I fall. But I stay on the path; not because I’m strong or special, but because God’s grace is more than enough.
My name is Zee (a nickname given to me by a very dear friend). I never had a “cute nickname” growing up, so this one is precious to me. Call me Zee; it feels like home.

Here on this blog, I document my inside-out glow up to also help you navigate your personal journey of growing and becoming exactly who you want to be. I’m writing about fearlessness; not the absence of fear, but the decision to move anyway. About personal responsibility. About what it really means to reclaim your life after trauma, after stagnation, after feeling like time slipped through your fingers in your 20s.

I’m turning 30.

And 30 feels different.
I feel grounded.
30 feels like permission; To take risks, to be seen and do “crazy” things.

Welcome to my corner of the internet. I pray it encourages you to keep walking, even when the path feels hard or gives you the strength to begin your journey again. I just know you will win.
